Did you have a question?Binger wrote: ↑Sun Nov 21, 2021 1:00 amYou seem sad and discombobulated. Do you do this often when your arguments are not sound? Remember, as the prosecutor, I am agreeing with you and hoped that the defendant's open possession of an "assault rifle" and his presence at a violent riot voided his right to a defense and entitled the participants of the protest to give him the beating that we should all take from time to time. (See rebuttal to closing arguments, ADA Kraus).
I am not making anything up. If you would like to state your argument cogently, rather than deflect, that would be great. I agree with your case and understand why Dr. Shades thinks it is close to the short miniskirt defense. It is exactly that though we (you and me) are suggesting that Messrs. Rosenbaum, Huber and Grosskreutz, and "jump kick man" were justified in attacking someone who should have been at home, 20 miles away.

Well, that’s a good display of both your terrible reading comprehension and an overactive imagination.Binger wrote: ↑Sun Nov 21, 2021 1:08 amThat is a clarification for Dr. Shades. I understand your point in time to be comprehensive for all the events of August 25, 2020. Your answer, to me, is that you believe that by not being 20 miles away in Kenosha, Mr. Rittenhouse was not entitled to defend himself in Kenosha on that date, therefore, the self-defense arguments made during the trial should have been superseded by the charges alleged by the prosecution. In short, Kyle Rittenhouse should have been 20 miles away, he was not, therefore he is not entitled to self-defense and should be found guilty of murder and reckless endangerment.
I’ll await your question.

Chrystul Kizer isn't a hero to FOX news. She's black, and the GOP apparently likes pedophiles these days.
