He whacked Kyle Rittenhouse in the head, grabbed his gun, and as he was pulling the gun away Kyle Rittenhouse discharged a round. He was in the middle of being attacked when Huber attacked and attempted to disarm him.
But that still doesn't mean Huber was trying to seriously hurt him. A skateboard won't send a strong young man to the hospital. Huber had the right to disarm him because a 17 year old isn't allow to carry a gun in Winsconsin.

Kyle Rittenhouse, like it or not, had a right to shoot his attackers under these circumstances.
It all depends on the judge or the jury. Thousands who claim self-defense still get convicted in court. There was a man who got charged for murder after defending himself in his own room.

doubtingthomas, no. Your mind is made up.
Not at all. I am simply waiting for the evidence.

Lol. I am amused that I task you so. : D
We should go the temple together and put the names of these victims on the prayer roll. I like your testimony.
Sorry. Never had a temple recommend. You’ll have to get dunked in my place.

Did you hear KR shouting for them to get back or was that not KR? I thought it was him and most of the folks backed off. The other guys charged him. FFS it's right there on tape. You can watch it at regular speed, slow speed, or whatever you like. I mean...it's RIGHT damned THERE.
I think that was KR was warning them off, because multiple rioters were screaming some variation of, “Get him, he killed that guy, get him!”. Ziminski, for the nth time also instructed Rosenbaum to, “Get him! Kill him!”, after the dumpster fire was extinguished.* There were also multiple gunshots after he got back to his feet and was trotting toward the police, but I don’t know who did that.

There’s a gif or video that shows Rosenbaum pushing the lit dumpster around, and then someone extinguishes it. KR was seen running away with a fire extinguisher after Ziminski orders Rosenbaum to “Get him! Kill him!”. At this point Richie McGinnis’ testimony makes sense.

How the “F” would you know that?

Huber had the right to disarm him

Cite the statute.

because a 17 year old isn't allow to carry a gun in Winsconsin.

Can we leave you with a prayer?
Sure. I’ll slip it into the swear jar. Let me know when it’s ready.

EXCELLENT work, doubtingthomas. You were able to stare right at the facts, and come up with feelings and affirmation that what you already believed was truer and better. Excellent. In this next exercise, try and notice the still small voice that confirms that your feelings can only be this good if what you already believed is true.
It is called statistics, not feelings. Are you denying that claiming self-defense doesn't always work in court? And are you denying that it is not uncommon for judges and juries to get it wrong?
