Before you do watch the video in slow motion. You can see Huber trying to get Rittenhouse's rifle before the skateboard touches Rittenhouse. I honestly don't see Huber aggressively hitting Rittenhouse with the skateboard.
Do you see Huber aggressively hitting Rittenhouse with the skateboard? I see Huber trying to get Rittenhouse's rifle before the skateboard touches Rittenhouse. Would you agree with the court records?
According to court records, Huber had a skateboard in his right hand and used it to "make contact" with Rittenhouse's left shoulder as they struggled for control of the gun.

I do not disagree with the jury. You are the one accusing Huber of attempted murder or assault with a deadly weapon. Just watch the video in slow motion.

I don't think anyone is arguing he is winding up full swing and hitting Rittenhouse. But you can clearly see that he forcefully hits Rittenhouse in the head/shoulder area with his skateboard intentionally.
