Re: Rittenhouse Trial: Calling Res Ipsa
Speaking of Facebook, it appears that WHAM (the ABC affiliate) has somehow managed to keep their link to the video posted.
https://www.Facebook.com/13WHAM/posts/t ... 275582502/
Also, here is another NBC affiliate not only posting the video, but reporting on Trump's mention of it: https://www.whec.com/rochester-new-york ... h/5748214/
The people responsible for wiping the incident clean from the web in our post Constitutional republic must be temps.

Thanks for helping me find that. I guess I didn't use the right search terms.Doctor Steuss wrote: ↑Tue Nov 30, 2021 8:20 pmThe first result in a Google search for "Rochester Attack Store" gave me this link to an ABC affiliate (WHAM): https://13wham.com/news/local/woman-att ... r-business.
The third result in the very same search has this Daily Mail link, which appears to have about a minute more of the video. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/video/newsa ... oters.html
Either of which would bring someone to the same conclusion. The woman was brutally attacked.
Again, whoever is in charge of censoring this and scrubbing the internet sucks at their job.
ETA: The fifth result from the very same search has this ABC affiliate with multiple angles and stills to try to help find the perpetrators: https://www.whec.com/rochester-new-york ... e/5747247/
Why do you think this video was disabled after we were discussing it on Facebook just one day after it happened? Have you ever noticed that if this were a group of white boys beating up a black woman the race of the perpetrators would be explicitly stated, but whenever it's a group of black men beating up a white woman the media never mentions the perpetrators race or social media connections?
This is a better video of Marquise Love executing a kick that I would rank up around the level of attempted murder during the BLM protests in Portland, OR. He's going to serve 20 months in jail for this? Do you think that's appropriate? I personally will be carrying a firearm and will shoot anyone who attempts this upon me if I happen to make a wrong turn during BLM riots. Thankfully most southerners do and if they think I'm armed, I welcome the stereotype.

Xanax: Why does this private organization ran by progressives do things that falls in line with their political ideology? Also, you should care about whether or not this podunk PD could find the perps who attacked a white woman. Also, here’s a black person doing something violent in this other municipality. Good thing I’m armed in my municipality!
- DocThe goal of the online campaign was to make gullible men feel like all of their problems in life are caused by minorities. When they found an example of anti-white sentiment, they blew it out of proportion. When they couldn't find one, they fabricated it themselves. They'd barrage you with worthless links and misleading statistics and force you to refute it line-by-line.

Re: Rittenhouse Trial: Calling Res Ipsa
If I had to guess, from my own personal past experiences (I walked away from Facebook earlier this year), I'd wager that it being disabled was a result of the so-called "discussion" and not the video. Especially since the video is still available in multiple formats on multiple venues (including Facebook).
In this case, and the outcome, I defer to the victim. This is a better video of Marquise Love executing a kick that I would rank up around the level of attempted murder during the BLM protests in Portland, OR. He's going to serve 20 months in jail for this? Do you think that's appropriate?

I'd like to think I'd be able to be as forgiving in the face of genuine remorse, but it's one of those things that none of us really know how we'd react until we're found in the situation. Hopefully none of us ever will.
Are you adding this additional case to insinuate the outcome would have been better if both individuals had been armed?

What does Stormfront have to do with Kyle Rittenhouse?
Is Kyle now the scapegoat that we are loading up with as much of the right wing insanity that we can and driving into the desert?

First of all, Ajax, didn't K-R just score a point for the second amendment? I thought all of you Second Amendment guys were waxing victorious over people like me who think guns are bad? Given K-R's victory, why do you think she'd be serving a life sentence if she had a gun and killed the 4 attackers?Ajax wrote:The internet has been scrubbed of the full video of the beating this old woman took from four George Floyd rioters when she attempted to confront them for trashing her shop. Lucky that she was unable to fight back or she'd be serving a life sentence now. The good thing is that she wasn't armed so nobody died, the video has been censored, and we can all pretend that everything would be perfect if we just got rid of the 2nd amendment.
Second, do you really think it's as simple as having a gun to fight back with? Are you sure that this older woman was guaranteed or even highly likely to have killed the 4 individuals or even deter them before they could get to her?
Reminds me of this one time years ago I'm driving home from work, and suddenly the streets are swarming with little packs of black cars weaving through traffic. It turns out at one of the local banks, a cop responded to a report of a guy acting suspicious. The cop confronted this guy, and the guy suddenly grabbed the cops gun from its holster and shot the cop dead. Rookie cop, but still far better trained than that lady most likely, and in better physical condition. And that was against just one guy.

I'm just saying I can see why Kyle Rittenhouse would choose to shoot someone rather than take a beating like that. Have you watched the video of Marquise Love kicking Adam Haner in the head? Your fists and feet can be deadly weapons just like a gun. I'm surprised Adam isn't brain damaged after taking a kick like that, which is probably a worse fate than death. Are you adding this additional case to insinuate the outcome would have been better if both individuals had been armed?
Given that most of you including myself wouldn't stand much of a chance in a fist fight with most of these guys, would you be content to let them beat you within an inch of your life without retaliating with deadly force? God didn't make all men equal, Mr. Colt did. An armed society is a polite society. When you charge a man with a AR-15, chase him down, and attempt to do something similar to what Marquise Love and other BLM protesters had been doing all over the country, don't be surprised if he chooses to shoot you. Self defense has never meant that you're only allowed to defend from grave bodily harm like this with nonlethal force. All men and women are allowed to defend themselves, not just men who can hit back as hard as Mike Tyson.

Re: Rittenhouse Trial: Calling Res Ipsa
I think the old lady would have been well justified in shooting these thugs. Unfortunately your half of the country would be hell bent on putting her in prison for life if she did. So what if she didn't kill all of them. She shouldn't have had to take a beating like that especially when the defunded police are now incapable or unwilling to protect her or her property from marauders like this.Second, do you really think it's as simple as having a gun to fight back with? Are you sure that this older woman was guaranteed or even highly likely to have killed the 4 individuals or even deter them before they could get to her?
Perhaps in this context and seeing so many violent protesters able to destroy property and assault the owners with impunity, Rosenbaum and Grosskreutz didn't expect Kyle would be willing to shoot them. They were wrong and a better precedent was ultimately set in this case for would be vigilante protesters trying to disarm someone or assault random property owners.
The Rosenbaums and Grosskreutz's of this world do not get the luxury of gravely assaulting people and then saying, "Hey I should have only gotten 20 months in jail for this at most like Marquise Love, or never been found at all like the 4 protesters in Rochester, but because of the 2nd amendment I got myself killed. That's not fair. The government needs to protect people like me who do things like this."

which is what I was trying to tell you. It's all good news for you Ajax, so where's your gun? They were wrong and a better precedent was ultimately set in this case for would be vigilante protesters trying to disarm someone or assault random property owners.
You'll never get one; you'll never protect your own shop nor anyone else's with a gun, no matter how many court wins you get.
