Critic: The global flood.

MG: The flood isn’t doctrine. You obviously know nothing about the church.

Critic: Here’s the proof the flood is doctrine.

MG: Everyone knows it's doctrine. It’s just not doctrine that matters. You always find fault.
Not that simple. Along with IHAQ, you have a fundamentalist/black and white view…when it suits you, and your agenda.
You're saying it's fundamentalist to quote the church authorities on church doctrine.

You have been out for a while haven’t you? I find myself questioning whether you were ever fully ‘in’. 😉
Snarky? Give me a break.

"Any opinions expressed, implied, or included in or with the goods and services offered by FAIR are solely those of FAIR and not those of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints."
True.
So it means nothing as far as to what the Church teaches.

Views in regards to the Great Flood and the Tower of Babel are unlikely to come up in conversations with the Bishops of the church. Same with evolutionary theory.
Does the church have an official position on child marriage?

When it comes to things like evolution/flood and other scientifically related areas the church generally has no stated doctrinal position although members and leaders have expressed their opinions.
What is a doctrinal position? Is gambling a sin?

I would refer you back to Jeff Lindsay’s comments. (to save time)

You folks really do have a very narrow way of viewing the world of the prophets. Albeit it fits right in with the agnostic/atheistic stance that you, by all means necessary, need to protect and uphold.

There are examples galore where “line upon line, precept upon precept” is the modus operandi of God and the world of the prophets.

Mg2, are you suggesting the leaders and followers of your small group don’t agree on beliefs?

You berated Marcus for not knowing the doctrine of the Church, all while either misrepresenting or lying about the doctrine, yourself. Yeah, that's snarky.

that seems to be your MO, so it's easily ignored, but I do appreciate Morley asking you about it. Yes, it was snarky. But no worries, it's your motives, not mine, that you manage to impugn regularly.
