For the love of god.

Can you please start another thread about violent insurrections?

This thread is about hooliganism. That is what Mokshy is talking about. If you need to bring something else up or talk about your racism please start another thread.

Nope.

The OP:
Was the January 6th Insurrection at the US Capitol a "legitimate political discourse" as the Republican National Committee contends?

Just hooliganism for this thread. Do you have another topic in mind?

Fug this guy is dumb.

"The United States Attorneys are statutorily responsible for the prosecution of criminal cases brought on behalf of the United States, the prosecution and defense of civil cases when the United States is a party, and the collection of debts owed to the federal government in certain instances."

Vandalized cars don't apply. Violent insurrections against the USA do.

Thanks for saving me the trouble, KG!

Which way will he jump next?

Wait a minute. Wait, wait, wait, wait a minute.

So is Mokshy asking the AG to prosecute the hooligans for civil damages, but not criminal charges? Hang on here.

Is this about repairs to the capital and hurt feelings (damages), or about criminal charges? What civil case is Mokshy advocating here?

.
Kicking Cheney out of leadership aligns with the RNC declaration on "legitimate political discourse", right?

Mokshy, what political discourse is the AG going to prosecute in a civil case? I am confused as hell here. Can you come back and clarify this. We know there is hooliganisms all around, but some hooligans go too far and need to get sued in civil court and ordered to pay damages to the feds. Who was damaged and what was the value of the damages?

Hell even Mitch McConnell described it as a violent insurrection. But not Bingy. Nope. Those were "populists."
