When we look at biological sex they look at a number of characteristics like whether you have a Y or not, type of gonads you have, hormones, internal reproductive anatomy and external genitalia. Biological sex is messy for a small number of people, and some XY are biologically female as some XX are biologically male as Doctor Steuss has provided. There are a lot of different conditions here.

I agree, no one would look at that. I am learning as i go about diseases like CAIS and PAIS.

I just stated the science as I read it and understand it…I believe that whether they are biologically male or female is one thing, and what they identify as, with a doctors help if asked for… is another… but in the end their choice…would you disagree?

I’m just saying that it is easy to criticize others while not putting yourself out there also, which you seldom do. There are those like Honor, Pakes, Res and DT that jump in…and that’s what makes it fun and where in my case learn by searching and reading data on various web sites.
