Trump's extreme socialist agenda gave them massive handouts and subsidies. Right out the gate in 2018, Trump gave Exxon alone a nice $6 billion earnings gain through his inflationary tax cuts.

I think that the law dictates that a corporation serves the shareholder, correct? You could characterize that as ‘greed’ or not, but the mandate exists. Do you agree?
