With regards to the Carter Page FISA warrant, the first warrant and first renewal were valid and legal. It was the later renewals that were invalid and unnecessary.
The Justice Department has declared invalid two of the four surveillance warrants against former Trump campaign associate Carter Page, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court said Thursday.
The acknowledgment to the surveillance court is the latest fallout from December’s scathing inspector general report, which faulted the FBI for a series of misstatements and omissions in the applications to get secret court warrants to eavesdrop on Page.
The Justice Department’s concession to the court means the department now believes, at a minimum, the surveillance of Page should have ended after the second warrant expired in early 2017.

It should be noted that GOP-appointed judges have dismissed Page’s lawsuits. In particular, it should be noted that a Trump-appointed judge dismissed Page’s $75M lawsuit against the FBI and others (with regard to to dummy’s latest moanings).

Michael Cohen was a Trump appointed lawyer. Trump made some very bad appointments and allowed some snakes to get to close to him. Jeff Sessions wasn't a snake in my view. He just didn't have the courage and willingness to suffer in this civil war fighting for what's right. The special counsel seems to have scared the hell out of Sessions and I can't judge him to harshly for that now that I know what the special counsel was doing to people and getting away with.
And when the Confederates saw Jackson standing fearless like a stonewall, the army of Northern Virginia took courage and drove the federal army off their land.

Trumpets are bad at making arguments. Because they are wrong. I used to be Republican until I realized that the GOP was just more incorrect and that was why we always lost at things. There's nothing biased with ruling against faulty arguments.

I challenge every one of you to read this book. Right now, I don't think any of you with the exception of Dr. Steuss are even capable of it. The cognitive dissonance would be too painful.

No they're just unpopular right now which has the same effect as being wrong in a democracy. Majorities can be just as tyrannical as any king. In Carter Page's case, even though the only government he was ever an asset to was his native country, the fact that he belonged to the minority political party actually resulted in him being afforded more liberty and justice by Vladimir Putin than Jim Comey. Think about that. He gave the US information to help the country against Putin, was born here, served in our military, but because he supported Donald Trump and spoke Russian, they actually treated him far worse in his native country to which he had been loyal, than someone as disgusting as Vladimir Putin, who he essentially spied on for America. This is why for US Republicans, there is no worse enemy, nor any worse regime in this world than United States Democrats.

A guy who was under close observation by the Russians who was an adviser to a pro-Putin politician got wiretapped after he left the campaign. According to Trump at the time, he had nothing to do with Page.
This is what happened. Seems like a pretty reasonable thing for the government to monitor Page initially. Double agents are common so your point is moot regarding Page providing information to US.
People have spent millions of dollars looking at his allegations and found very little. That hurts your feelings, but no one, including Page, can really can contradict the findings. I think what happened later is very unfortunate to him, but it's very notable that Trump did nothing basically to help Page.

The above is an excerpt from the book. From that I can see the book is not worth the Audible credit, and even less worth the 9 hr 15 m listen. The $6 used copy I saw plus an afternoon to read it would still be more than what I see above to make that worth while.
He says he spoke for 39 minutes at the New Economics School in Moscow in 2016. Reports say even the most enthusiastic Trump supporters were having a hard time keeping from dozing off before he finished. Given the except I can see why.
That said, how much commitment would you offer to engage in an actual discussion if I did read it?
How did you manage to cut and paste copies of the text. Can you explain to me how to do that?
Even if you could just point out your reasons and evidence you have that the excerpt is full of lies or even just state to me that even if you true, you agree with the Justice deartments actions I'd be willing to read it. I can't gurantee I'd agree with you but I'd at least here a coherent and short argument from your side. I just won't want an emotion pie throwing contest.
