"Why Young Adults, Especially Men"
No that’s not what she meant, because she clearly did not say it. She quite clearly said “young people.” You continue to demonstrate your sexist attitude.
Did you brother to read the second paragraph? The article is clearly about the lack of "pathways for young men". You deny the fact that there are more lonely young men than lonely young women. Young men are more likely to be single than young women.
Better to be a troll than an awful person who denies a big problem.
Not directly, but I still deleted that to make you happy.
Further posts show further intent. A troll. Moving on.
Having read the article thoroughly - which I’m sure that you did, given you’ve posted the link - what would or should that ‘help’ consist of, in your opinion?doubtingthomas wrote: ↑Mon Feb 20, 2023 9:53 pmA female author is telling society to, "help young men"

I suspect that you’re misinterpreting ‘acceptance’ for the difference of opinion between yourself and Marcus on what’s causing the current problem. That's something that Marcus and many here will never accept.
hey canpakes, you corrected doubtingthomas' misquotes of me, but you didn't leave any red mod comments to explain yourself. the comment is now extremely disjointed, because you replaced sources but didn't acknowledge who DT is speaking to. this is about the fourth time DoubtingThomas has 'conveniently' misquoted me recently. At what point do you deal with his rule-breaking? do i have to be the one to point out his repeated rulebreaking in a post? Why can't it be stopped? it is a technique he repeatedly engages in, it breaks the rules, he obviously does it to generate a negative response, and if mods just jiggle it around behind the scenes without acknowledging the rulebreaking, all that happens is that you open the door for it to happen repeatedly. please consider this request.canpakes wrote: ↑Tue Feb 21, 2023 3:22 amHaving read the article thoroughly - which I’m sure that you did, given you’ve posted the link - what would or should that ‘help’ consist of, in your opinion?doubtingthomas wrote: ↑Mon Feb 20, 2023 9:53 pmA female author is telling society to, "help young men"

Unfortunately, the board does not yet have a formalized rule against sloppy quote-nesting.Marcus wrote: ↑Tue Feb 21, 2023 3:59 amhey canpakes, you corrected doubtingthomas' misquotes of me, but you didn't leave any red mod comments to explain yourself. the comment is now extremely disjointed, because you replaced sources but didn't acknowledge who DT is speaking to. this is about the fourth time DoubtingThomas has 'conveniently' misquoted me recently.
