You were very close. Here’s the thing. You didn’t really know who was behind the NNL hate blog, and who was behind each moniker. But, it’s not mysterious that people pick up on patterns, especially with regard to syntax when we’re communicating via text. Reading the posts on the blog it’s no wonder you picked up Smoot posting, since Smoot is Captain Hook. Were you paying attention who posted what every single time? Probably not; we’re all guilty of reading posts without taking note of the username every time. And quite frankly, I wouldn’t be surprised if Smoot was acting editor and cleaned up a lot of Mike “Peter Pan” Parker’s posts because the latter is a idiot.Doctor Scratch wrote: ↑Thu Apr 06, 2023 12:44 amI’m not going to go so far as to say that I have been vindicated yet again, but I will say that, if the recent commentary about Smoot’s involvement with Neville-Neville Land is true, then I was awfully close!
What you did do was suss out the ruse by poking at them enough that the Discuss Mormonism hive mind started working together -> shout out to Drumdude for breaking the case wide open, by the way. This is kind of how these things work. There’s a reason why organizations utilize a team of analysts because many eyeballs are better than one, and eventually they start muddling their way to a solution. Each analyst, while not perfect, will make a little breakthrough here and there, and as they work together progress can happen fairly quick as they apply their combined energies.
I’ll tell you what. They ain’t over at Fat Dan’s blog yucking it up now. Milk and Smut are crapping themselves, and this is going to be a huge black eye for the fat man. Hopefully someone at the COB finally shuts his crap show down. Also, as an aside, I’m sorely disappointed Robert Boylan has chosen to remain silent with regard to his racist joke. Robert, you’re making your own bed on this one. This’ll have long-term ramifications for you professionally.
