A total of three forensic psychologists have testified and they're not finished yet. The first one started yesterday and I honestly can't recall what her purpose was. The second (Scottish woman who lives in Hawaii and practices in CO--but why?) performed the competency eval. The third performed the eval for insanity.
Not one of them indicated there was any cause to suspect LIEtecia is or was ever insane. Instead we get Borderline PD, Narcissistic PD, and feigning. One of them responded to a jury question that compulsive lying is more consistent with Antisocial PD. Truth be told, she probably presents with traits of all three, plus the feigning.
The feigning stems from over reporting traits and...basically making stuff up and too much to try to convince evaluators. None of her self reports are consistent with DID, though she obviously thought they were on account of her own ignorance. She claims that she created not only her own alters but the worlds they live in and she can go to those worlds when stressed. That's NOT how DID works but okay. She claims that Maria Sanchez the sniper alter (kill me) who speaks with a Spanish accent is the one who assaulted the deputy in transit from SC to CO by clocking her in the head with a full can of soda/pop...whatever you call it in your particular area. Maria is the only alter she can't access herself and Maria went on the attack even though the entire assault was caught on bodycam and she never spoke in a Spanish accent even once. Otherwise she says she can go into her worlds (alternate realities?) that she has created and use her alters when ever she wants to because created she them.
Anyhow the third (?) expert said that what she was describing as her personalities are actually descriptions of moods.

I haven't watched this myself yet but I am sure it's a fair representation of any or all of the above because it just never ends with this "person". I'll watch it after I finish this pathetic post. I have NO idea how anyone with three degrees, including a doctorate, would think that any of this could fly. She didn't take psych classes?

I just want folks here to see what I've been talking about re:defense attorneys, particularly this one. Notice the defense attorney on the left. Watch this for something like 3-4 minutes. Please. Please watch it. Then tell me, how is this even remotely professional?

ETA: Al Stauch has been in the courtroom every single day all day except when they presented autopsy photos. I can't tell if Landin is in the courtroom because she sits further back, is small, and the view is obscured by taller adults.
