I've been listening to these MAGAs on social media try to convince the masses that illegal immigration wasn't even a thing during Trump's four years. They also argue that Biden could make everything go away by doing the same crap Trump tried to do, but couldn't because the courts overturned him.






But let's take a trip down memory lane.

But of course, we have since learned that a border crisis is precisely what they want because Trump has nothing to run on other than the usual racist tropes that got him elected the first time. Republicans even came out and admitted they will not do anything to fix the border because they're afraid Biden will get credit for it, proving that they never really believed it was a national emergency to begin with.

We also know that Trump's idiotic plan to build a border wall never had any hope of preventing illegal immigration. How do we know this? Because his $100 billion wall was already defeated by $10 ladders and shovels before the first mile was built. Par for the course for a "business genius" who bankrupted every company he tried starting on his own, including a casino.

And the real humdinger came when the CATO institute released data demonstrating that Biden has been much tougher than Trump when it comes to illegal immigrants.

I think a far more likely reason that migrants are willing to make the expensive and dangerous trip to the border is that they have witnessed people who try to legally enter the country wait forever while those who enter illegally are neither turned away nor sent back. As you said in your earlier posts nobody believes me when I say that illegal immigration reduces wages for American workers and increases the profits for CEOs and the 1%. So why would illegal immigrants take my word for it that the border is open and bet their savings upon my word alone? How many illegal immigrants even watch right wing media?

Who do you think is really stupid enough to believe that piece of fantasy? I mean, it wasn't like 20 years ago Trump was President and proved completely inept at closing the border, it was just a few years ago. Do you seriously expect people to be as ignorant as you pretend to be of recent history? We know Trump didn't do anything to prevent illegal immigration, because it hit a 12 year high on his watch and only went down because of the "scamdemic." In fact, since you credit the "scamdemic" to Democrats, you only have Democrats to thank for making it go down in 2020. All Trump did was bitch and moan about how his executive order kept getting overturned by the courts and he insisted Congress pass laws that would enable him to do something.

So we're supposed to believe you of all people, know more about why immigrants come here than the actual immigrants do. This information was based on those who were polled, and it shocked people to find out how many of them actually believed there was an "open border," and it was all based on the lies told by right wing morons.

Indeed they do, and your lies are acts in and of themselves, based on no evidence whatsoever. The fact is more people have been detained under Biden than Trump, and the fact is detainees were more likely to be released back into the country under Trump than Biden. That's just a hard fact that puts the coffin nail in 95% of all of your "open border" BS.
