I'm having a hard time thinking he's actually guilty. I mean, it's not like we're talking about a guy who helped steal money from a kid's cancer charity or anything. I could understand if he had a history of, ohhh... totally spit-balling here; stealing from sub-contractors by not paying them, or who has a history of sexually assaulting women. I could maybe see him being guilty if he had violated the Fair Housing Act before. Or I could possibly see it if he had paid 3/4 of a million dollars in penalties because of an antitrust lawsuit in the past. Or if he had to pay 1/4 million dollars for violating lobbying laws. Or if he had to pay $25 million in restitution for defrauding students.

But falsifying business documents? I just don't know. Seems all pretty political to me.
