Yeah, on the whole I find Schedule F and Prohect 2025 to be imminent threats. In them lie the tools for building an authoritarian presidency guiding an army of inexperienced sycophants eager to please their leader. It is a recipe for disaster.
Schedule F is definitely scary. The idea that qualifications are not as important as party loyalty should scare everyone.
Unfortunately, you have to be aware of their plans to be scared, and no base is more unaware of everything as Trump's base.
Religion is for people whose existential fear is greater than their common sense.
... and that lady who was going to release the Kraken? Thanks.
Yeah, Sidney Powell is still a big-time Trump supporter and probably writes crank posts on political forums. Had Sidney released Louis Midgley from his cage, he probably would have swam straight to New Zealand to cause some mischief there.

"I have learned with what evils tyranny infects a state. For it frustrates all the virtues, robs freedom of its lofty mood, and opens a school of fawning and terror, inasmuch as it leaves matters not to the wisdom of the laws, but to the angry whim of those who are in authority.”
That is not what I said. I said something else. C'mon, Kished. Quote better. Okay, buddy?
Hurt your butt there, pal’o?

No, buddy. No. I am trying to help you be persuasive. It makes you look better when you quote better. Maybe you can try it out with your online or speed dating. I hear that credibility is becoming more of an attraction factor.

So The Lincoln Project put out a video on this the other day. Hope it's okay with you, Kish, that I post the link here. Not sure it fits your OP. Run time less than 5 minutes.
