I mean if her actual comment about Trump being shot made as a response to the event was that he looked like a scared puppy then of course Trump would be offended and angry. Indeed. The idea is that he encourages his followers to commit crimes on his behalf and he will then cover for them by pardoning those crimes. This is a clear subversion of the law and misuse of presidential powers.
