Our ballots had to be in the drop box by 7 p.m. Got mine in a few hours ago so count me as "voted". There wasn't anyone else there so it was nice and quiet. I kissed my ballot before I dropped it in. I love my new sticker that came with my ballot. I'm gonna keep it, too.

Praying that American citizens have got their heads on straight and that they exercise their right to vote.

And...God help us all and the Jersey Girl.

I'm sure you guys are dying for an update on the election tent by my house. Last night, all the signs were cleared away. I thought it was shutting down (shows how much I know). This morning, I headed out for food and massive traffic jam. Everyone scrambling to vote. The lot was full and cars backed up into turn lanes and blocking traffic. The Trump signs were planted back again, but maybe 40 instead of 100+ and spread out and orderly. Not a single Harris sign. You'd think it's North Korea (what MAGA wants). There were also Trump supporters in the parking lot circling the cars and shoving Trump signs in everyone's face as they drive in. I don't know the rules but I was surprised they were doing that inside the lot, I would have figured it has to be outside. At least it was three women and not a bunch of Trump bros. Two white, one older Latino lady. When I came back, the older Latino lady was the only one left. I kept my eyes really peeled on this venture, and I spotted a single Harris sign turned the wrong way and off by itself. I was tempted to grab it and go hold it in front of that lot for a while. That would have been cool. But I chickened out.

I'm unclear on something. What is the difference between battleground and key states? Are those the same? I think a key state is a state with the higher number of electoral votes (ex: PA?)and battleground states are those that could go either way?

How close did I get? Anyone?

Looks like Republicans are winning in the House, Senate, and Presidential races.

Harris is doing surprisingly well considering what a disaster her party has created for itself. Hiding Biden’s health concerns, eschewing an open primary, and giving Harris just a few weeks to tell the country who she is.

Unfortunately I don’t think she will be able to pull through. Really makes me wonder what would have happened if Biden had done the honorable thing earlier and not run for re-election.

Yes and yes. Pennsylvania is a key swing state as whoever wins it has a much more clear path to 270 with its 19 electoral votes. Losing Pennsylvania would make it hard for Trump, maybe impossible for Harris to win if everything else goes off in line with the polling.

I think Trump captured the heart of America when he said, "They're eating the cats, they're eating the dogs."

Well, at the very least, he captured the hearts of a lot of Korean American voters.
