If any of you have been hieing to Kolob for the last decade, here are the always brilliant previous Top 10 lists:

Thank you, Doctor, for a learned and entertaining rundown. (As an aside, I would note there is a dead link in item 6.) One other moment of Mopologetics this year comes to mind: FAIR’s European Rescue. Who funded that disastrous speaking tour?

In any case, I confess that your list puts me in the mood for celebrating Smithmas in a few weeks.

Many thanks, Doctors Kishkumen, Wang Chung, and Tom. Your kindness hasn’t gone unnoticed.

Dr. Tom: I’m grateful to you for pointing out the broken link. Hopefully I managed to fix it? Unlike the President of the Half Sphincter Organization, I’m more than happy to credit you for your assistance.

I always learn a ton from the top ten lists and I'm left wondering where the heck was I for the last year? I didn't realize that SC had made amends with FIRM. Definitely deserving of the top spot. We know for a fact that Interpreter would never be the one to offer the olive branch, and so it's even more telling that SC has outmaneuvered Interpreter not just in terms of strategic content, but by following the precepts of Jesus.
Yes: it’s shocking. I mean, didn’t Welch and Co. know that Neville and other Heartlanders had been picking on poor, defenseless Dan Peterson? How dare they stage a very public meeting like this!

Well, a backlash may be coming. I noticed a smug post on SeN where the Afore seemed downright gleeful that SC’s film project has been “delayed.”

Can't wait for Smithmas as Tom alluded to. December 23 is an hallowed day in the Dr. Exiled household. This year we plan on having a large glass or two of drink like our hero had at Moser's tavern and then discuss the non-sexual relationships or not our hero had with his many wives. Why marry if the intention is celibacy and holiness of course? Why lie about marriage rites just to protect a man that seemed to not be able to control himself as some may say? It'll be an epic debate as my believing judge brother-in-law plans on participating this year. Here's to Joseph Smith and the Mopes. May you continue on the path of denial in a sophisticated way.

I think a special Smithmas episode of Coffee with Kish is in order.

All of this talk about which is org the full sphincter and who is the best at half-assery, reminds me of a fabulous bit: “ass is the most complicated word.”

I will definitely be looking forward to a Smithmas episode of CWK.
