This thread has drawn some of you out a bit more so that your true colors can be seen/observed.
It seems so. You, MG, are a yellow-belly. You can't handle the heat in the kitchen. You are here just to stir things up and satisfy your egotistical needs, whatever they may be. I detect a hint of dishonesty coming from your posts as you hide behind a persona.

Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

You lose.

This thread has drawn some of you out a bit more so that your true colors can be seen/observed. Sometimes it's difficult to have a conversation and have that conversation result in transparency. I think we've seen that in this thread.

I've had some of my own suspicions confirmed. Nothing I didn't already suspect, but still...some more lines were colored in. What wasn't said and/or responded to tells me as much, if not more, than that which was responded to.

Some more T's crossed and I's dotted.

Thanks for the participation.

Be well.

Regards,
MG
This is pretty funny, from an analytical standpoint. Mentalgymnast has told us his starting assumptions about people here, and after his trolling, he tells us he has learned two things:

1. The assumptions he started with have been confirmed for him, based on what people posted.

Also,

2. The same assumptions he started with in part 1 have also been confirmed for him, based on what people did NOT post.

He confirms his bias in what he sees, but he also confirms the SAME bias in what he doesn't see. Both.

You know, it's just not true that there is a lack of creativity with LDS-based Trolls. That is, hands down, the most creative way that I have ever seen to guarantee he will be using confirmation bias in his analyses.

There are lies, damned lies, and statistics, yes. And then there is mg's LDS version: the gone-to-hell-and-back-just-make-crap-up-until-you-get-the-lie-you're-pushing nonstats.

On a different thread, about a different topic, Jersey Girl said something very poignant and relevant to this thread.
Jersey Girl wrote:...people only repeat behaviors from which they profit. Besides getting attention, of what profit is this to him...
MG2.0 has been repeating his trolling behaviour for 25 years. I'm guessing he doesn't get the required attention in his real life, so he comes here repeatedly to try and fill the void. His opening post to this thread is actually a confession about his own life.
Premise 1. Eyewitness testimony is notoriously unreliable.
Premise 2. The best evidence for the Book of Mormon is eyewitness testimony.
Conclusion. Therefore, the best evidence for the Book of Mormon is notoriously unreliable.

Yes, I would give him an F as well. He certainly has flunked out of this thread and failed to answer my questions. He's yellow and chicken and I have to think, he's a liar too.

PS. Joseph Smith didn't know jack about Facsimile No. 3. The Mormons are just stoopid.

The Mormon god must be as dense too. He implanted in Joseph Smith's mind the wrong information about what was on the papyri.

When it comes to Facsimile No. 3, Mormon god is a dodo -- a complete idiot who was made in Joseph Smith's own image. Mormon god was the imagination of Joseph Smith.

MG, you've been had, baby. You've been suckered by Mormon deception. The Spirit® of Mormonism is a lie. I shove the Facsimile down your throat. Choke on it.

How about you, MG? Do you you partake of those sins or have you denounced them? I really believe you are a coward. Prove otherwise and I'll apologize. Come into the box and talk with me. Tell me what you really think. Don't hold back.
OK. I believe in a Heavenly Father and that I am created in His image. That's the God I worship along with most all other LDS church members.

Simple really. If you make it too complex you lose touch and then lose belief.

And that takes you to a world of your own making.

Regards,
MG
Is it really too complex to admit that Smith hacked off Anubis's nose and lied about his faulty pretended translation of Facsimile No. 3?

MG, you are a child of hell if you defend Smith's explanations of Facsimile No. 3. And, it seems you don't want to be a child of hell. So, in that regard, I give you credit!

Do you believe Shulem and Marcus are also created in your Heavenly Father's image?

MG believes he's more favored and better than other people because of his Mormon religion and Masonic-like rituals he performed while in the temple in which he swore to an imaginary God that he would obey or be damned and to never reveal certain secrets.

MG imagines he will be in the Celestial kingdom looking down at us poor disobedient cast-off children of God assigned to the lower kingdom or worse, outer darkness. Mormonism is a class and tier system in which you swear oaths and makes promises to obey a CHURCH CULT and those who run it regardless of the garbage they peddle. You must swear no matter what! It's all about maintaining FEAR!

MG says hello with a couple of trite comments and gets 20 pages of replies. Boredom is the best explanation I can think of. It is a bit too bad; perhaps things will pick up again after a pause.
