About thirty-nine and a half minutes in and a bit thereafter an important question or two are asked.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ngjQs_QjSwc

I question whether Peter's brother ever seriously entertained these questions without a mocking tone of either indifference or haughty arrogance.

MODERATOR NOTE: MG2.0, Universal Rule #10 of this message board reads:
  • Do not EVER "link-and-run." If you post a link to something, always explain what's at the other end of the link, why it's important, and what you hope other readers / viewers learn from it. RULE OF THUMB: If it's not worth your time to describe it, then it's not worth our time to click on it.
To that end, the way to fix the problem with the post of yours I quoted above would be for you to include what, specifically, those one or two important questions are that were asked. . . at minimum. Also providing what you perceive as the correct answers to them would fulfill the requirement of Universal Rule #10.

Now go thou and sin no more.

Fair enough. Thank you for the corrective admonition.

You’ve changed your tune. Earlier you referenced the idea of the board rule relating to linking and running in this manner:
Get a life. Find something to get involved with that has real meaning. Are you going to become the male version of the board nanny that Marcus has taken upon herself?

Personally, I think this is done with the goal of deflection from the substance of a particular topic or post so that questions being asked of a poster can be bypassed for the sake of a nitpick.
So are you calling Shades a “board nanny” and stating that you think Shades’ enforcing the rule is a “nitpick”?

Rest assured MG, I’ll be keeping a very specific eye open for further link and runs by you from now on.
Premise 1. Eyewitness testimony is notoriously unreliable.
Premise 2. The best evidence for the Book of Mormon is eyewitness testimony.
Conclusion. Therefore, the best evidence for the Book of Mormon is notoriously unreliable.

He even suffers your incessant derail culture of you trying to stop people discussing your "little precious" LDS church, warts and all.
In quote marks you wrote that I said that the LDS church was a "little precious" church. I've said no such thing. Are you joining some of the others here that make stuff up out of whole cloth? Or were you quoting yourself? Highly unlikely.

MG,

You seem much better this morning. Gone is the rage, name calling ("arrogant bastard") and passive aggressive behavior. You seem to be under much less mental duress than yesterday. I'm glad.

When you get a minute out of your busy day, IHAQ and I are waiting on another thread for your source. IHAQ and I have been sticking our necks out for you and have told people to reserve judgment about whether you are being honest (again), until you've had an opportunity to give us your citation. We are rooting for you MG! Thanks

Let's see here:

Backhanded Compliments and Sarcasm

Social Pressure and Guilt-Tripping

Demanding Accountability in a Patronizing Way

Hmm...tactics commonly used in toxic online interactions where individuals seek to control, undermine, or provoke others while maintaining plausible deniability...using a mix of passive-aggressive sarcasm, emotional manipulation, and social pressure.

Your façade of concern and advocacy is duly noted.

Yes, it's rather obvious that you and IHQ are 'playing games'.

Take a hike.

You've got some issues, dude.

That's some great missionary work, MG. I think you're about ready to finally obey the prophet and go on that senior mission. I always found a lot of success on my mission when I resorted to name calling, personal attacks and belittling others.

You should kill it on your mission. All you need to do is keep behaving and treating people in the most unchristian way possible and you should have much success.

Update: MG is now on 5,185 posts, despite telling others to “get a life”. At this rate of prolific posting he will be overtaking Gadianton some time in May.

Yes, but all those hundreds of hours spent on this board belittling, lying, raging and lashing out at everyone, is actually helping him train for his upcoming senior mission.

Sarcasm and Mockery

Projection

Gaslighting and Character Assassination

Hyperbolic Criticism

Chronic Hostility

Moral Grandstanding

Lack of Empathy

Underlying issues:

Narcissistic Traits: The need to belittle others to elevate oneself, paired with a lack of remorse, aligns with narcissistic personality tendencies.

Insecurity: The intensity of the attacks may reflect the poster’s own insecurity about their arguments, beliefs, or self-worth.

Sadistic Tendencies: Deriving pleasure from humiliating others (schadenfreude) can indicate darker personality traits.

You're killing it, WaNg!

Oh, and it appears you are a pathological liar.

Enough bandwidth on this? This thread has gone off the rails.

Back on topic?

Regards.
