Meh.

This is exactly why I quit reading much from you keyboard MG. You bring something up in righteous indignation, condemn those who disagree with you throw around a lot of useless hot water, then take it off topic and when asked to get back on topic you fart all over the place.
You, of course, are entitled to your opinion. From my end when I can see we are going in endless circles and people are asking questions or making responses that make it obvious that they have not actually read or deeply considered what I've written in my posts, then, sooner or later, it's "meh".

I'm not going to waste my time indefinitely trying to get a point across. The comprehension level of some folks I'm sure might be standard or above...but it doesn't show in some of the responses I get.

Simon and Garfunkel had some wise words:
Still a man hears what he wants to hear
And disregards the rest.
The fact that you think you've been able to 'shrink wrap' all that I've said over the years into one teeny tiny sentence tells me that you're probably not one to have a conversation with anyway.

Question. Who are you to determine what is "useless hot water"?

Sorry, BYP, but I don't respect someone that comes in once in a while without having actually contributed much at all to the threads that I've participated in except to come in and rip a big one.

MG

We all already know you respect no one around here. Trying to hide it doesn't help you.

There are a few that I respect. What I don't respect, in fact I think is unworthy of a grown adult, is those that are critical of the Brethren or make light of Jesus Christ. That's offensive to me. You might remember that feeling/response you had to critics back in the day.

Well, that's still where I'm coming from.

By the way, I have enjoyed a number of your BYP you tube presentations. I also appreciate your love for nature and the outdoors and your craftsmanship.

You seem to be a talented guy! With a lot of books on your shelf. ;)

But from my perspective you came into this particular thread and let a big giant rip of a fart.

Taking everything over time and shrink wrapping it into a tidy little package:
Philo:
You bring something up in righteous indignation, condemn those who disagree with you throw around a lot of useless hot water, then take it off topic and when asked to get back on topic you fart all over the place.
Is a bit of crap show when one considers the large volume of useful and productive conversation over time that I've had with a limited number of people. Your mind has also been infected with the 'mind virus' I referred to earlier, in my opinion. Social contagion.

“The gospel of Jesus Christ is beautifully simple and simply beautiful.” Apostle Matthew Cowley,

As a missionary, I wish I had access to this simple flowchart. It’s true, the beauty of the gospel really is found in its simplicity.
