In essence, you are the issue on the board. We have a moderator who prefers to address discipline publicly rather than utilizing the PM function to communicate with board members, seemingly to gain favor with their peers.

The posters in question didn't develop their approaches yesterday. They've done it throughout their posting history. Hell. They did it to me and we went at it one:one for a good long while. What changed? Communication between myself and them. Probably a report or two on my part?

Dr. Shades, I would like to initiate a discussion regarding a recent event on the board, allowing everyone to share their thoughts as they have previously in this thread. A few days ago, I got a message from Canpakes advising me not to call Marcus by a particular nickname, as they believe my phrasing is overtly sexist and violates the rules.

Canpakes clearly stated in his message that if I did it again, I would likely face a ban. Having reviewed my critiques of Canpakes in his role as a moderator, it is clear that I perceive him as being quite lenient towards the progressives on the board while maintaining a stricter approach with the more conservative members.

My question is, if I referred to Marcus by a nickname and Canpakes interpreted it as sexist, which rule does that relate to? And why are comments that are perceived as sexist considered more important to remove from the board than a typical insult?

In the initial ten pages of the thread, which I have yet to explore further, each page contains ten posts, resulting in a total of 100 posts across these first ten pages. You are the author of 41 of those 100 posts, meaning your posts make up over 40% of the first ten pages of the moderator thread. It means you're being hypocritical by claiming I don't use the moderator thread properly simply because you disagree with my actions.
