Further on the question of the cellphone video evidence: I have now viewed it repeatedly. The most revealing way to do this is to stop the video, and then slowly drag your finger along the progress bar, so you can view it frame by frame.
If you do that, it is clear from the first few frames showing images of the agent who fired the shots that he was was considerably further away than the agents trying to open the door at the front left of the car, and out of the turning circle of the vehicle which was doing a hard right turn. Moreover, his posture makes it obvious that he had not just had to jump backwards, nor been pushed backwards by the car. If he fired at the driver, he did so from a safe position where he was not in danger. After the shooting he walked down the road towards the crashed car without any problem.
Different countries have different cultures. But I was shocked by the willingness of Trump and Noem to condemn the woman who was killed, including accusing her of 'domestic terrorism'. The evidence for that is scant, to say the least. Decency might have demanded that ... but what's the point? Trump doesn't do decency.

These women had all the confidence in the world that they were tough and untouchable. They were they main vehicle in a line of vehicles that were there to block federal agents.
Watch the video. You can clearly see the front of the vehicle from the POV at the driver side quarter panel. The shooter wasn’t directly in front of nor hit by the vehicle.
He manages to hold on to his cellphone and continue recording while he moves and fires three shots.
Interesting that the audio of these shots has been edited out of the video. You do hear the shooter say, “damned bitch..” afterwards, though.
