It is incredibly sad. I am not joking here. I am extremely depressed that a large portion of our fellow citizens want to empty their wallets and make this disgusting rapist and grifter their king. A person would have to be pretty out of their mind to do this.

Until Hound’s list of DC residents that ‘feel safer’ is greater than the number of women that Trump has been accused or convicted of having groped or sexually abused, his argument isn’t going to go very far.

Black men are increasingly frustrated with the Democrat party's focus on women and the LGBT community. I initiated this discussion to inform the white progressives participating here about the potential electoral dominance of the Republicans in the coming two decades, particularly if the Democratic Party continues to treat all men, not solely black men, as though they are third-class citizens. This thread is dedicated to black men and their voices within this predominantly white discussion board.

As I pointed out in the Terrestrial forum how progressives like Everybody Wang Dumb and his progressive religious friends Can'tpakes, DrCamnPP, Marcus the Carcass, Captain Progressive and others are racist against white people, let's not forget they are also racist against black people! The progressive religion much like pre 1978 Mormonism uses skin color to separate people so it's easier to define them in a way that benefits their Marxist ideology. Like Mormonism, the religion of progressivism is all about manipulating people into believing life can't be lived successfully and positively without adhering to their articles of faith.

The superiority complex that's taught in the progressive religion is no different than the one that is taught in Mormonism.

Like Mormonism, the religion of progressivism teaches that anyone, white, black, Hispanic, Asian, any race, can't be a good person and they are totally deceived and can't find the truth until they are indoctrinated and then fully accept the doctrines of the one and only truest religion on earth, that being progressivism a.k.a. modern day Marxism.

Data from a new poll shows that support for President Donald Trump among Black voters is decreasing, according to a YouGov/Economist poll.

The latest poll shows that 15% of Black voters approve of how Trump is handling the presidency, with an alarming 79% disapproving. The newest number pushes his net approval among Black voters to -64 points when analyzing the numbers since the spring. In May, the same poll revealed that 22% of Black voters approved of Trump’s second term, and 69% disapproved, resulting in a net rating of -47 points. The gap widened in June to -51 with his approval dropping to 20% among Black voters, and disapproval increased to 71%.

I think it’s important to separate two things that often get blurred together, attention and exclusion. Focusing on women or LGBT issues doesn’t automatically mean men, Black men included, are being treated as third-class citizens. This is basic logic when you stop and think for a moment on it. The real question is whether policies are actually harming men, or whether the messaging has become so narrow and moralized that many people feel unseen even when they aren’t being targeted.

If Democrats are losing Black men, it won’t be because they care about women or LGBT people. It’ll be because they’ve failed to speak clearly and concretely about issues that hit men directly. Issues like work, wages, crime, education, fatherhood, dignity, and respect, all of which Republicans care little about. Politics is relational. When people feel talked about instead of talked to, resentment grows. If this thread is truly meant to bring Black men’s voices up in importance, that requires more than declaring the space. I think it requires openness to seeing disagreement among Black men themselves, which obviously exists everywhere. There is no single take with agreement on anything by anyone. There isn’t one unified Black male political perspective, and pretending otherwise weakens the argument rather than strengthening it.

If Republicans do gain ground, it won’t be because Democrats “abandoned men” in theory. I think it will be because they failed to earn trust in practice. That’s not inevitable, but it is a warning worth taking seriously.

So, if you disagree with the notion that "the average black person is ignorant," as I would hope you do, then what do you make of the fact that 79% of Black people disapprove of Trump, while only 15% approve? If Black people are smart, as I think you are arguing they are, then these smart people are telling you that Trump is awful.

It depends on what you mean by the trend. if you stop at 2024, the trend is bad for Democrats. Ironically, both Democrats and Republicans assumed for years that demographics are destiny. In 2024, Republicans seemed to catch on to the fact that there are natural R constituencies with the populations of black and hispanic folds. Had they governed in such a way as to consolidate those gains, they could have locked in majority control for decades. Unfortunately for the Republicans, Trump could not have done more to alienate those constituencies than he has. Who knew that white nationalism wouldn't play well with non-white folks?
