1. How do I want to treat the black, brown or yellow people who are already living in the same country as I do - of whom there are plenty, by the way?
2. What policy do I want to see operated when it comes to deciding whether to allow people (of whatever colour) who do not live in the same country as I do to come and live in that country?

Yellowstone, you may have a good point here. I have at first thought his thinking was totally controlled by the propoganda. The system provides his words and he repeats them. Perhaps he knows full well that it is phony but he knows it upsets people that he wants to upset.
