I don't believe man existed with GOD.
I assume you base that on a Genesis evangelical Christian reading/interpretation. Are there any other words of God that predate the Genesis account? How about while angels were rejoicing in the presence of God prior to the creation of planet earth? Are you familiar with those records, Nipper? Have you read them?

;)

Do tell.
JOB 38:1-7 Then the Lord spoke to Job out of the storm. He said:

2 “Who is this that obscures my plans
with words without knowledge?
3 Brace yourself like a man;
I will question you,
and you shall answer me.

4 “Where were you when I laid the earth’s foundation?
Tell me, if you understand.
5 Who marked off its dimensions? Surely you know!
Who stretched a measuring line across it?
6 On what were its footings set,
or who laid its cornerstone—
7 while the morning stars sang together

Trying to determine when God created the angels is tricky because anything God did before the foundation of the world puts the event outside of time itself. Time and space are characteristics of our created world, not God’s uncreated existence. He is not limited by hours, days, and years as we are. In fact, the Bible tells us that “with the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day” (2 Peter 3:8).

We do know that God created the angels before He created the physical universe. The book of Job describes the angels worshiping God as He was creating the world. God asks, “Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth? Tell Me, if you have understanding. Who determined its measurements? . . . Or who laid its cornerstone, when the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?” (Job 38:4–7, NKJV). In this passage, the “morning stars” and “sons of God” are references to angels.

If we consider the function of angels, we might conclude that God created the angels just prior to the creation of mankind because one of their duties is to be “ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation” (Hebrews 1:14). We also know that angels existed prior to the garden of Eden, because Satan, who was formerly the angel Lucifer, was already present in the garden in his fallen state. However, because another function of angels is to worship God around His throne (Revelation 5:11–14), they may have been in existence millions of years—as we reckon time—before God created the world, worshiping Him and serving Him.

So, we don’t know specifically when God created the angels. It was sometime before the world was created. Whether this was a day before, or billions of years before—again, as we reckon time—we cannot be sure.
and all the angels shouted for joy?

You do realize that angels are not human beings, and that humans do not become angels when they die?

It would have been nice if you had answered the question with an honest, Yes or No [x]. Citing a conversation between God and Job does not constitute words spoken prior to the creation of our solar system within our galaxy moving about the universe. Angels singing prior to creation of our planet does not constitute words spoken by God in recorded script.

Can we at least agree on that single point?

I didn’t ask you concerning when God created angels. I asked you if you knew of anything God said to them prior to creation. And yes, the difference between space-time and time-space is a tricky concept to navigate.

I’ll take that to mean that with God all things are as One Eternal Now. But in your next breath you tell how God is limited to increments by comparing man’s time (1,000 years) with God’s time being 1 day. The computation is supposedly an artistic concept designed to make people think because with God everything is NOW, it just IS.

We know no such thing! You are making that up. The creative narrative of the Genesis account tells of the formation of our solar system and the visible stars of our galaxy. The Bible says nothing about what happens within trillions of galaxies of whose light (photons) have hardly reached us. Neither does the Bible say at what point angels were created.

Angels were said to be praising God and his creations while in the making, moreover the formation of planet earth. But nothing is said about what took place before that. No written word to that effect is recorded.

Can you cite a verse in the Bible where it says that angels cannot become humans or that there never was a human that was not first an angel?

Chapter and verse, please.

There would be no way for us to know what happened prior to man's creation unless GOD reveals it. And I like to let GOD reveal HIMSELF through passages rather than short verses. It presents a clearer understanding as to what is being said.

You will agree that when speaking/representing the Bible (God’s word), one must take care in making speculative statements about things that have not been revealed -- therefore you are greatly limited. As for me, the Bible is not my only standard or only source in which I glean inspired teachings. I have a great deal of other sources, especially since I AM...

1. The Bible does not say that angels cannot come down to earth and incarnate into human form.
2. The Bible does not say that man cannot become as the angels of heaven.

Here is exactly what the Bible does say in this matter:
The "Like Angels" Passage: In Luke 20:36, 34 Jesus replied, “The people of this age marry and are given in marriage. 35 But those who are considered worthy of taking part in the age to come and in the resurrection from the dead will neither marry nor be given in marriage, 36 and they can no longer die; for they are like the angels. They are God’s children, since they are children of the resurrection.

Jesus states that resurrected people are "like angels" (isangeloi), however this refers specifically to the fact that they will no longer marry or die. The Scripture indicates that humans will actually have a unique, exalted familial standing as children of God and co-heirs with Christ, 1 Corinthians 6:3 1 Corinthians 6:3 reads as follows: "Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more the things of this life! " Believers will eventually "judge angels", indicating a distinction in authority.

The believers in Christ will become Christlike: 1 John 3:2, which states: "Beloved, we are GOD's children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when HE appears we shall be like HIM, because we shall see him as he is".

Corinthians 3:18: We are being transformed into HIS same image from glory to glory.Romans 8:29: Believers are predestined to be conformed to the image of God's Son.
And the fact is that GOD the FATHER never said to any angel "Sit at my right hand." However, HE did say that to Jesus Christ.
Hebrews 1:13-14 "To which of the angels did God ever say, 'Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet'? Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?
So the implication is clear. Believers in Christ will become like Christ and Christ isn't an angel. Angels are spirits who minister to the saved.

Thank you for supplying helpful verses to form an explanation and a reasonable interpretation based on your personal Christian beliefs. But I will remind you:

1. The Bible does not say that angels cannot come down to earth and incarnate into human form.
2. The Bible does not say that man cannot become *as* [like/equal/greater] the angels of heaven.
