If you're made moderator will you give me special privileges?

Truth be told, the only person that, in my experience, has been a just a fair moderator is Shades himself. So, the fact that he is not able to allocate the time which would be necessary to be a fair and just moderator puts this board in somewhat of a dilemma. Without fair and just moderators this board will continue towards a ‘crash and burn’ trajectory.

And by the way, I don’t know what his current life struggles are, but I wish him all the best. I’ve met him in real life, and I have respect for the man.

Given that Shades requires his mods to be clones of Shades, I’m interested in your opinion that Shades was the only fair moderator. Having viewed the process from both sides of the fence, so to speak, I’d be interested in why you’ve concluded that Shades was fair but his theoretical clones were not.

I can only speak from personal experience. Shades dealt with situations I was involved in with what I believe was a fair and evenhanded way. I can’t say the same for other moderators. They’ve been hit and miss…and often missing in action.

No danger of that. I personally have little fear of Lemming. Also little respect. Although she is pretty good with numbers and stats. I’ll hand that to her.

Her behavior, in my opinion, is as close to troll like as I can imagine.
