All that matters is that you’re unable to take a plain and simple stand, and state it.
Ah, well aren't you impressed that the student has now become the master.
(and how nice that you are now taking great strides to avoid the reauested evidence that has presented to you (yet again))
I’m not impressed with chickenshyte propagandists who have trouble constructing basic sentences, and who cannot plainly state that they believe that widespread use of narrow and targeted voter fraud occurred. : D

Ajax,
What good is photo ID and security around mail voting going to do when the Scytl servers in Germany will just flip the votes to Biden anyway?

Just so people understand how Xanax can keep going he sticks to alt-right, racist, and far-right forums. After reading his stupid-as-crap drive-by post I was curious what 4chan was saying. Literally the first thread that loaded was headlined with this:
>Be the Trump legal team.
>Spend November and half of December trying to expose the 2020 election fraud to various courts.
>These courts strangely denies your ability to present evidence.
>Georgia Sec of State strangely won't allow signature verification audit.
>Michigan Sec of State strangely won't allow the forensic analysis of Dominion voting machines to go public.
>Democrats mock and ignore 40+ hours of testimony in front of multiple state legislatures.
>Democrats have nothing to say regarding the statistical anomalies (Bobby Piton, The Federalist article, etc.).
>So on and so forth.
>Texas comes in last minute with a direct appeal to Supreme Court but is declined due to procedural issue.
>Mon 14 Dec 2020 comes and the Certified Electors cast their ballots. The mainstream media says: "It is finally over."
>But this vote is sealed in their home state until Wed 6 Jan 2021.
It’s interesting how tightly they’re able to keep themselves to their information bubble. Who woulda thunk that in this day and age when literal facts are a few keystrokes away, millions would choose to self-delude deliberately? It’s astonishing.
The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.
That is not a 'procedural issue'. It is saying, in effect "What the heck is it to do with you, Texas, how other states conduct their elections? Butt out, and quite wasting our time!"

That's the problem with this supernatural stuff, it doesn't really solve anything. It's a placeholder for ignorance.
Mayan Elephant:
Not only have I denounced the Big Lie, I have denounced the Big lie big lie.
It’s the hallmark of every conspiracy theory. All evidence that disproves the claim of fraud is interpreted as evidence that the conspiracy exists. Sidney Powell claimed today that the CIA and media companies are part of the conspiracy.
he/him we all just have to live through it,
holding each other’s hands.
Is there going to be any repercussions for this? Can these attorneys really just get away with this and now do it any time they want over any issue? If so, the loss is still a big win for the religious right. There really do need to be countersuits. I don't think I'm the only one who felt relief when the Supreme Court slammed down the two lawsuits as totally bogus, and especially that Trump's own picks were not the ones who gave Texas's case that tiniest bit of credibility as presentable. I felt like their potential rulings on other issues that we suspect will go the way of the religious right in the years to come I can accept in exchange for upholding basic democracy. But then, after feeling like that, I felt like I'd just negotiated with terrorists. They may not have gotten their revolution in one fell swoop, but if there isn't an equal and opposite reaction to this, then it will happen again and again and again, and slowly, the nutcases out there will successfully inch their agendas forward.

These days, the Constitution is nothing more than a ‘procedural issue’ to Trumpers.
