Not to speak for crock, but I think he was referring to the "type of sex" that Bond's avatar is alluding to (hint: BJ). Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Finally! I had no idea. The animation works choppy in my browser, so I just thought it referred to "put out" and not a specific act.
That's some pricey "type of sex!" I don't know anyone who pays for that in diamonds...
From the Ernest L. Wilkinson Diaries: "ELW dreams he's spattered w/ grease. Hundreds steal his greasy pants."

Well, excuse my crudeness but maybe you guys should stop thinking with your relevant body part and see that the woman in the avatar could have easily been up on her toes to kiss the guy.

I was going to send this to you in a PM but I think I'll say what I wanted right here. There are at least two posters on this board who have family members who were enlistedmen. Everytime they read jokes about "enlistedmen" they laugh their asses off.

Last time I checked, when you stood on your tip toes you went up instead of down...

Sorry, but that was to good to pass up...
And one of them would be me.

Unless you're looking at an image post-kiss.
Duh.

The key to understanding is in the text "She'll pretty much have to." He put's the ring on, she starts moving down, the text flashes. I do like your tip-toes rationale, but my use of parsimony (aided by my dirty male mind) prefers the dirty explanation.
