Thanks, my Lovecraft books are packed up right now and the name didn't spring to mind.

The Satanic Bible was written by Anton LeVay.

The fake pop-culture one. I got the real deal. You have to have a special contact to get one. Requires that you prance around a bonfire in a loincloth chanting for five hours, then you jump into the fire and the words of the book are seared into your flesh. Using necromantic rituals you transfer the scars into a blank book and then you have a copy. Hard to acquire, goes for at least a thousand bucks on EBay.

Ah, well I have danced (and pranced, and other things) about a bonfire in less than a loincloth for more than five hours. Have walked through the fire, have had my flesh seared (and liked it), as well as participated in a few ritualistic chants.

I'll look on ebay.

Lou Midgley 08/20/2020: "...meat wad," and "cockroach" are pithy descriptions of human beings used by gemli? They were not fashioned by Professor Peterson.

LM 11/23/2018: one can explain away the soul of human beings...as...a Meat Unit, to use Professor Peterson's clever derogatory description of gemli's ideology.

Thanks for the recommendation, Gad. I think I might need to consult this book while I'm in staying in my parent's basement...
