I was worried because there was some distortions in the internal speaker.

But, I called the Mac service today, and he walked me through the process to reset the sound card and it's working GREAT!

PP, if you're reading this, I am officially a new member to the cult of Mac!

That's General Leo. He could be my friend if he weren't my enemy.

I use a Blue Bluebird for recording vocals and some instruments. I don't have a piano (too big for my apartment) but a microphone like this would be a good choice. I really like how natural sounding it is. I've used other mics for my vocals and this is by far my favorite.

Thanks, Silentkid!

The mic looks great! It's a little out of my price range for the moment, though. I just sunk most of my expendable cash into the computer. LOL

Maybe I'll just have to raise my rates!

You can find decent condenser mics for less money. They may not sound quite as good, but they'll do the job. I have an MXL brand mic that is pretty inexpensive and sounds good. I just looked on musician's friend and they have a good deal on a MXL two-mic and preamp package. Check it out here. That would be a good starter set.

Wow! Thanks for this! I'll definitely look into this one!
