Interesting that he's listed as the President of the LDS Church rather than the prophet on the earth today.

Guess the Washington Post hasn't been in Utah lately.
(Nevo, Jan 23) And the Melchizedek Priesthood may not have been restored until the summer of 1830, several months after the organization of the Church.

Harmony, I think even General Conference broadcasts list him as President Thomas S. Monson.

Why? Isn't he the prophet for the earth today? I'd think he would be listed that way. Are we trying to hide that we have the prophet for the earth today? Are we ashamed to call him that? Embarrassed?

The Pope doesn't hide that he's the pope. Why would we hide that TSM is the Prophet?
