mental gymnast, STILL MISREPERESENTING wrote:So...the fact that we have Vogel and Quinn both leaning towards plates I see as an evidence, of a sort, that there were plates involved in the narrative of the coming forth of the Book of Mormon.
I saw that as a net positive. Nothing wrong with that, right?
I don't even have to cut and paste mg's lies. He brings his lies right to this thread.
I only need to repeat argument three, as mental gymnast makes this his SIXTH TIME misrepresenting Dan Vogel.
Lemmie wrote:You are 'not so deftly avoiding,' for the [SIXTH] time, the statement that "Dan Vogel believes that Joseph made fake plates."
In no way is it appropriate to fold his assessment into a statement that conflates it with witnesses thinking there were plates. It is misleading and inaccurate.
This is mentalgymnasts's style. He has concluded that if he repeats and repeats and repeats his misrepresentations, at some point, he can slip a lie past someone, and if no one objects, he can argue, 'but everyone agrees!'
Edited to add, do I believe my eyes? I cannot believe mental gymnast just put MISREPRESENTATION SEVEN:
mentalgymnast, seventh time misrepresenting same data wrote:The fact that two respected scholars are open, as a result of looking at the available evidence, to plates playing a part in the Book of Mormon narrative.
How can he possibly write a lie like this?
Unbelievable.
