How would anyone know whether or not a rioter considers themselves a part of BLM or ANTIFA since self-identifying with either group is ethereal and dependent on the situation. Like, I could say I’m a Seahawks fan when I’m at a Seahawks game, and then next week I could say I affiliate with the Rams. That’s the insidiousness of an anarchist or revolutionary movement, there’s always deniability since group affiliation is situation dependent. Personally I don’t care if you truly believe you’re part of an organization or network or whatever, if you show up and commit a crime, you should be willing to do time - also, your actions will reflect on the broader organization or ideology. This is the case when a white cop kills a black man, cops across the board are tied to the act, as are white people in a broader sense. Army guy rapes a local, the Army’s reputation takes a hit. When a Republican lawmaker "F"s a kid, the GOP has to carry the reputational baggage, especially if they’re blasé about accountability. When America goes to some country and drops bombs on innocents, we’re all guilty by association whether or not we wanted that war. It is what it is.

The judge will not allow me to use "victim" to describe the people who were shot and killed by Mr. Rittenhouse.

But he will allow the defense to refer to the victims as looters and rioters.

I'm sorry if this sounds naïve - but surely we are not expected to believe that a representative of the prosecution team in the Rittenhouse case is posting on this forum under the name of Binger?

And if he is not, what is the point of Binger's posts?
