Like, fire on folks because they feel threatened. Self defense, yo.
Would you like to shoot more threatened people? That seems aggressive and violent.
Not at all. My reaction is purely self defensive. Your questions sound threatening. Folks would be wise to use 2nd Amendment remedies whenever threatened.

It is better than smearing the thread with the product of Twitter jagoffs. Not much better. But still better. Kishkumen, did you see me holding Mr. Rittenhouse's long black assault rifle in court? I like that picture. Oh god do I like that picture. I just love that picture. I was pointing that long gun at the jury with my finger on the trigger and god that felt good.

Gunnar,

Kyle Rittenhouse was actually charged, hence the trial.

- Doc
I didn't mean to imply that he wasn't charged. Of course he was, as he should have been. It is too bad that none of those charges stuck. I don't see that he necessarily deserved to be convicted of first degree homicide and imprisoned for life, though.
No precept or claim is more suspect or more likely to be false than one that can only be supported by invoking the claim of Divine authority for it--no matter who or what claims such authority.

The most disturbing thing about the Rittenhouse case is not that he was acquitted. It's that the right wing is celebrating him as a hero. Several Republican members of Congress have offered to have him as an intern. One, Anthony Sabatini, is even Tweeting about creating "Kyle Rittenhouse Day" as a federal holiday. A 17-year-old took an automatic rifle into a zone where political protests had turned into chaos, then walked out after killing two protestors, and conservatives think that's not only something to excuse but something to celebrate.
That and having Binger jack off all over this thread.

If he hadn't carried an assault rifle, nobody would have paid the least bit of attention to him. He wouldn't have had to defend himself against anything.
Perhaps, but that sounds dangerously close to "If she hadn't worn a miniskirt, she wouldn't have had to defend herself against being raped."
K Graham wrote:. . . no one but Kyle had the intent to kill, as demonstrated by the fact that none of these other people killed Kyle when they could have easily done so from a distance.
How could Rosenbaum and Huber have killed him from a distance?
