I believe what Some Schmo, Gadianton and canpakes are suggesting with these answers is that if they want to imply that the victim of rape or assault is imperfect, or wearing a short skirt, or possesses something they do not like, then the rape and assault were welcome and invited and therefore the victim of rape, assault or even murder has (or had in the case of murder) no basis for self defense under the law. These are, obviously, arguments they are making in defense of rapists, aggressors and murderers where they would like the victims to die or suffer and then shutup.

I believe we’ve reached the point at which your argument has been shown to be terribly faulty - as happened in the other thread - you have to start making up things to distract from your failure.
