Telling people that Mormonism can't be understood after having lived it for any length of time once one has left it is, in fact, calling it a cult in the worst possible way. This dual reality you demand exists in order to create an "other" out of those who leave is bad cult 101.

I don’t believe so. I’m in the church and I have a fairly high confidence level I’m not in a cult the way the pejorative meaning is used.

I defined cult earlier in a non pejorative way. That would be the LDS Church.

I suppose with you being out you might define it any way you want. People do.

And then grow to maturity. Whether or not she would then remain a plural wife of Wilford Woodruff is debatable.

Truth be told, she might choose an altogether different path. But her options are open rather than closed. That’s what ordinances and covenants do, they open doors. We then choose whether or not to enter and/or walk through them.

The important thing is that she has been sealed into the family of God. The Apostle Peter was given similar keys.
