Yeah, because I vote for individuals, not parties. If I could vote to put Mitt Romney or Liz Cheney into an appropriate office today, I would make sure to do so. In the right circumstances, especially in more local offices, I would prefer to vote non-duopoly. Saying independent simply means I do not belong to a party, it is not some label of pride that makes me obligated to meet YOUR approval.

If I had a big audience, I would tell every Democrat in office that they either support the candidate who won the primaries, or they get voted out of office. It takes a loud voice to make a dent. That is the kind of thing that should go viral.
