Eldred G. Smith, Patriarch to the Church, General Conference, April 1952 wrote:It is given to us that the descendants of Shem and Japheth, sons of Noah, if they receive the gospel, are entitled to the priesthood. Only the sons of Cain are not entitled to the priesthood, and you can read why in the Pearl of Great Price.
The Patriarch to the Church (Presiding Patriarch) was an ordained prophet, seer, and revelator. The first man to hold such office was Joseph Smith's father and the last was Eldred G. Smith who formerly retired in 1979 by which the office was permanently discontinued. The second man to be ordained to this office was Hyrum Smith and revelation in the D&C records this event and the
POWER associated with that office:
D&C 124:92-95 wrote:That from henceforth he shall hold the keys of the patriarchal blessings upon the heads of all my people,
That whoever he blesses shall be blessed, and whoever he curses shall be cursed; that whatsoever he shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatsoever he shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
And from this time forth I appoint unto him that he may be a prophet, and a seer, and a revelator unto my church, as well as my servant Joseph;
That he may act in concert also with my servant Joseph; and that he shall receive counsel from my servant Joseph, who shall show unto him the keys whereby he may ask and receive, and be crowned with the same blessing, and glory, and honor, and priesthood, and gifts of the priesthood, that once were put upon him that was my servant Oliver Cowdery;
When the Presiding Patriarch (Eldred G. Smith) stood before the body of the church in General Conference, he acted in concert with the approval of the President of the Church in declaring standard doctrine that negros were barred from the priesthood ("NOT ENTITLED") on account of the Lord's priesthood restriction for the cursed children of Ham according to the Pearl of Great Price. This was the DOCTRINE of the Church and a policy that was guarded, very, very carefully, and was strictly enforced under the direction of the President of the Church who has the ultimate responsibility to
"conduct all meetings as they are directed and guided by the Holy Spirit." (D&C 46:2)
Thus we see how today's apologetics throws the 1952 Church under the bus. The Church President, Presiding Patriarch, and the Holy Spirit have been run over by the bus and spiritually executed by today's fanatical Mormons! I'm afraid that apologists effectively wrap a hangman's noose around the neck of the Holy Spirit and hang and deny him. The Mormons have murdered their Holy Spirit! And that could be construed as blasphemy against the Holy Ghost!
Oh how Mormons love to lie!
