Premise 2. The best evidence for the Book of Mormon is eyewitness testimony.
Conclusion. Therefore, the best evidence for the Book of Mormon is notoriously unreliable.

I wouldn't say entirely. Would you like to propose and layout why you believe LDS theology is entirely unsystematic since you're agreeing to support this claim?
