An important note: Trump still insists on the erroneous claim that other countries are dumping patients from their mental health asylums into our country. He doesn't seem to know or be willing to admit that there is a difference between people legitimately seeking political asylum from unjust persecution and corruption in their countries of origin and insane patients from mental health institutions. Hound is just another example of the insanity. Look at the effort he had to go to to try and twist a single sentence by a comedian in a stand up monologue into the worst thing ever uttered on the face of the planet.
