And that right there, this comment by Schmo, that is the actual thumb on the scale.

Anyone who thinks Trump and the alphabets had more sway in this than the folks saying crap like what Schmo just said ain't paying attention and ain't in reality.
That’s the Hound/Mike approach.

“They made be mean and forced me to call them names! And I want an apology for anything I’m offended by!”

If that’s where MAGA goes, why should people avoid calling that behavior out as they see it?
That is not what it is.

In this case, who used meanness and names? Schmo.

Who asked for an apology? Nobody.

If ever you choose to experience reality and facts, that would be great.

I have no problem with Schmo’s schtick. I think he represents the liberal progressive IQ and reasoning very well. It is cautionary and demonstrative. More please.

No one asked for an apology except for the people who demanded an apology, as Hound’s reality confirms.

Recent now indicate that the actual reason for Kimmel's removal from the air was he refused to apologize the next night during his monologue even though his employers asked him to.

Uh oh, it seems someone's becoming frustrated, you shifted from "Jimmy didn't lie" to "why shouldn't the government ruin your life."

I suppose you're upset because I had the audacity to critique a hack comedian's choice of words. However, keep in mind that you were the one who initiated the discussion about the actual words Kimmel used, not me. Now that I'm demonstrating your error, you're bypassing the discussion and heading directly to a grim forecast type of argument.

Let's spit facts, I'm not the one attempting to inject political smears into a monologue about a traged, Kimmel did that. Your reasoning is misguided and appears to be entirely biased. To assert that Kimmel's statement wasn't related to the shooter is akin to claiming that a firefighter's hose isn't about water, but merely a flexible tube, it's absurd! If you choose to support Kimmel due to your shared progressive views, that's your prerogative, but be prepared for criticism regarding his use of the term "desperate" to characterize a political group during a time of tragedy.

Please shar your thoughts with me, Captain Progressive! Among the three major broadcast networks that require an FCC license, NBC, CBS, and ABC, which one does not feature a late-night talk show host who leans significantly to the left?

I think i am beginning to gain a clearer understanding of your true identity, Captain Progressive. Your identity hinges on the belief that progressivism is the sole true religion on earth, much like your identity as a Mormon depended on the conviction that Mormonism was the only true religion on earth. You've chosen your group, and now you're standing up for its representatives. You will stand by Kimmel unwaveringly, much like a devoted Mormon stands by Joseph Smith.

I understand your frustration with Kimmel, as you witness your vision of a progressive utopia begin to falter, leading to concerns that your ideological beliefs may not withstand the challenges ahead. I’m not sure of your age, but if you’re old enough to have children, it’s likely that you’ve raised them to embrace progressive ideals within the framework you’ve instilled in them. Is there someone in your close family who doesn't identify as a progressive? I bet not!
That’s a helluva Gish gallop to try and run away from the fact that Kimmel didn’t lie. Troll away, Hound. Vomit out your hatred and your bile. Bully boy, blustering trolls don’t even raise my blood pressure a couple of points. I know an insincere performance when I see one. I hope you can find some peace in your life.

Life’s too short to waste time with toxic people, so on ignore you go.
It's amusing to hear that I'm on the ignore list of yet another progressive.

It brings me a sense of satisfaction to know that I am. By acknowledging that you're ignoring me, you only reinforce my argument that progressives often exhibit a closed minded and self righteous attitude akin to that of cult members. I have never considered putting anyone on ignore.

Your tendency to disregard those with differing opinions is a significant factor contributing to the Republicans control over the entire federal government. Your dismissive attitude towards differing opinions has alienated many, including moderate and conservative Democrats like myself, who are now considering voting for Republicans! Your tendency to disregard others is quite narcissistic and is detrimental to the Democratic party.

Could you start a movement to establish your own progressive party, that way all the narcissists in the Democrat party to have their own political platform?

He hurt my feelings  im putting him on ignore

Disney (employer) asked Kimmel (employee) to apologize to who? Sinclair? Disney? Kirk family? America?

Kimmel, knowing the conditions, self-terminated.

Yeah. I have no idea what this Hound guy does, but yeah, he probably doesn't see insubordinate employees as entitled. He also seems fair enough to let a dumbass apologize, keep his job, and try again.

Is that agreement?

What BS, Binger/cultellus/Mayan Elephant/author of book about dickishness. Everyone knows who you are and everyone, including you, knows Hound is Atlantic Mike. You two are just trolling, as usual. Don't kid yourself that anyone sees your BS as anything more than that. Lucky for you, Shades thinks trolls like you are entertainment, and consequently, this is most likely the only place on the internet from which you two haven't been permanently banned.

No! There was never any time during the Obama and Biden administrations that no illegal intruders or contraband were being interdicted or arrested at our borders. Of course, however, no matter what we do or try, there will always be ways that sufficiently clever intruders can figure out ways and places that they can manage to sneak across the border undetected.
So yeah, WFO means it’s there, and operating at max openness. WFO. Like full throttle. Couldn't push more through it if you tried. It was WFO. Never too late to come to terms with that.
Sorry. I still don't buy the premise that the border was ever close to being wide open during the Obama and Biden administrations. One thing I am sure of, though, is that no matter what the current state of our borders, Trump and his MAGA sycophants will never fail to vociferously condemn or criticize Democrats on this or any other issue, no matter how well they are doing, whenever Democrats happen to be in power.
No precept or claim is more suspect or more likely to be false than one that can only be supported by invoking the claim of Divine authority for it--no matter who or what claims such authority.

Don’t ban my speech please!!

Got any substance? Or just assumptions, feelings and a prayer for a ban?

If we apply the MAGA Jimmy Kimmel Definition of Lying, anyone claiming that we have had open borders this century should be fired.

Any of these guys ever actually CROSS a border? If so, I'd like to know where.
